When booking activities, we direct you to either Viator or GetYourGuide, both leading online retailers where you’re in good hands.

On their pages, you can confirm availability and pricing for your preferred date(s) and book your experience. Please note that while most bookings are confirmed immediately, some may take up to 48 hours for confirmation depending on the activity provider.

The "From" price indicates the best available price for an activity. It also tells you if the price is per person or for a group. Please note that final pricing can depend on factors like the date or options chosen. For group pricing, you’ll find the maximum group size on the Viator or GetYourGuide page for the activity.

We show pricing in Euros; Viator or GetYourGuide may show an equivalent price in a different currency based on your location or a previous selection on their website.

If you’re booking in advance, both Viator and GetYourGuide offer a ‘Reserve Now & Pay Later’ option for most activities. The debit or credit card you provide at the time of booking won’t be charged until a set time before the activity—3 days for GetYourGuide or between 2 and 9 days for Viator (depending on the booking). Viator and GetYourGuide will both show you the exact payment processing date during checkout.

When ‘Reserve Now & Pay Later’ is not available, your payment will be processed immediately at the time of booking.

You’ll receive your tickets or vouchers via email as soon as your payment is successfully processed. This might be as soon as you make a booking, so tickets will arrive alongside a booking confirmation email. If you’re using ‘Reserve Now & Pay Later,’ tickets will be emailed after your card is charged, some time after your booking confirmation.

You can easily make allowable changes to your booking, including time and date changes, online. Changes to bookings can generally be made up to 24 hours before the activity, but please check the specific terms and conditions for each booking. Most activities booked through both Viator and GetYourGuide can be cancelled for free or with a full refund of any payment up to 24 hours before the activity starts. However, please check the cancellation policy when booking, as there are occasional exceptions.

If you encounter a problem starting your activity, such as not finding your guide or a late pick-up, follow these steps:

  • Double-check the instructions that came with your ticket email.
  • Check the email and phone provided with the booking in case there is a message from the activity operator.
  • Call the operator directly; their contact details will be included with your ticket(s).
  • If all else fails, contact the applicable booking service provider: Viator or GetYourGuide.
